What is Coaching?

Coaching is a way to create change that will lead to a desired result.

Using flexible and well-defined process, we create a safe, non-judgmental space to help you to:

  • Get clarity on your values and your strengths; discover your why

  • Learn what obstacles may get in your way, and explore choices to move past these

  • Design actions and accountability mechanisms to help you grow and move forward

  • Increase self-trust and maximize your potential

Coaching is not therapy, mentoring, advising or consulting.  It is forward-looking and grounded in the concept that you, the client, is already creative, resourceful and whole.  The coaching process facilitates your ability to tap into your creativity and resourcefulness. 

What Results Can You Expect?

When you commit to taking action as a result of your coaching sessions, you will experience results which may include: better performance results and goal achievement, increased presence and calm, improved relationships, increased satisfaction and contentment, abundant thinking, or better coping skills when dealing with conflict or stress.

What is the structure of the sessions?

  • 1:1 or group setting

  • An initial 2-hour discovery session (often in person) is followed by one-hour sessions every 1-4 weeks

  • We ensure clearly-defined goals and measurements are in place, and check in regularly on progress

  • Rates vary depending on length of package and focus - please contact me to discuss!
